Refund Policy

At WinterShopUSA, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms below.

1. 7-Day Refund Window


  • Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:


    Unused


    In its original packaging


    In the same condition as received


Products that are used, worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

3. Return Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  • WinterShopUSA will cover return shipping only if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:


  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Items not in original condition or missing components

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for refund

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

6. Refund Processing Time


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Bank processing times may vary.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, you must:


  1. Request a refund for the original order.

  2. Place a new order separately.
